Linda Pilar Otri Perkins - Realtor - Transaction Coordinator
Linda is an experienced licensed Texas Real Estate Agent who joined The Giacobbe Group at EXP Realty in the Capacity of our premier Transaction Coordinator. She works closely with several of our top listing and buyer agents. She coordinates the pre-listing, listing, escrow & closing process for these transactions.
Linda is dedicated, passionate and an enthusiastic 8 year Real Estate veteran. She always welcomes the opportunity to represent both buyers and sellers and provide the high level of customer service that our clients and transaction partners expect with an Emphasis on building strong and positive relationships.
Her ultimate goal is not only to provide the best and most effective service but also to gain the trust of our clients, business associates and friends that they may refer us to their family members, friends and/or clients.
Although Linda wears several hats within our group, she is use to it and does so with enthusiasm & good cheer! She has extensive experience in retail administration and marketing with an emphasis in customer service and client care so juggling several different duties at a time is second nature to her. Prior to Real Estate, Linda owned and managed “Almost New & Bargains Too” Furniture Resale for close to 14 years.
Linda is fluent in English and Spanish.
Linda is originally from Los Angeles, CA, and was raised in Brownsville, TX. She graduated from Homer Hanna High School and attended Texas Southmost College in Brownsville. She is married and has three grown children, two grandchildren and two step adult children with her husband. Linda also enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Pit Bulls “Tyson” and “Zuki”. Her hobbies include outdoor activities like walking, hiking, camping and she loves the ocean where she plans to retire one day. Faith is also a big part of Linda’s life and she regularly attends City Church Bandera Rd. Likewise, Linda is committed to service in her personal life and often looks for opportunities to volunteer.
In her spare time, Linda operates an online new and used gift store, Almost New and Timeless Treasure.
